Senior Instructional Designer

  • Consulted and collaborated with over 40 clients and SMEs (subject matter experts) to build customized video lessons and blended learning solutions.
  • Oversaw project management of multiple customize client learning solutions simultaneously.
  • Defined the process, tools, and methods used for client consultation and collaboration.  These include goal and learner analysis, project scoping, prototyping, and evaluation tools.
  • Hired and managed a team of instructional designers working on client facing projects and company specific projects.
  • Presented at events including the Chief Learning Officer Breakfast Club and DevLearn.
  • Collaborated with the production team to ensure that video scripting and on-screen visuals support learning effectively.

  • Trainer and instructional designer specializing in the integration of technology in K-12 learning for 34 elementary, middle, and high schools with over 3000 teachers and staff.
  • Spearheaded first district blended professional development opportunity using a flex blended learning model incorporating 3 face-to-face webinars and 3 face-to-face brick and mortar workshops.

Solid Rocket Booster Material File Researcher

  • Assisted in development of company report on the current and future status of material obsolescence associated with Solid Rocket Booster refurbishment leading to new material testing plans and procedures.

Lab Technician

  • Designed and published blended learning experience that translated a technical RNA replication protocol into a usable and low cost online high school biology lab for the National Immunological Association.
